Cannot share outside of organization despite external collaboration being open
TerminéeI cannot figure why a folder's settings has the option to allow external collaboration greyed-out.
I've checked the following things:
- External collaboration is allowed from admin panel
- User does not have external collaboration restriction enabled
- I believe the folder in question is a top-level folder so it isn't inheriting from a parent
Please help, thanks!

If you right click the folder in the box.com interface, you will be able to see the "Settings" for that folder. Inside folder settings is ANOTHER level of domain blocking for any folder that can be enabled/disabled. Check that that is not currently set with the settings you want.
