Box Status

Not getting Box notifications via email

I have an Enterprise account.  I am not getting box email notifications.   We white listed all the required box email addresses.  I ran a test via the admin panel -  it did not work.  Other users are getting email   

Also it is exceptionally annoying that Box makes it so difficult to get support
