Subscription upgrate

I wanted to upgrade my subscription from "Developer" to "Box starter" but I got error information "There was an error processing your request. Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com."
When I tried to confim my email I got information "The link you clicked to confirm your email has expired. If you wouldn't mind: Please contact your account administrator and request them to resend the email confirmation of the account you are trying to access."
So I cannot do anything with my account.
