Problem with plan upgrade

I have a problem with plan upgrade. I tried to change it from Individual to Personal Pro, but I get message that my account need further verification. I sent an email to support@box.com and also to billing@box.com but I get message: "Box does not provide direct technical support to users of our Individual plans. If you rely on Box for your business, we highly recommend upgrading your account to receive the support you need via email and chat. Users of our individual plans may seek assistance from the Box Community."
How can I upgrade my plan? Can you please help here?
