Box Status

I need to cancel my account but in the Status field the Cancel option do not appear

I enter to my Admin Console then  Account & Billing but  I do not have the Status field in the Account Information section, so I cannot click Cancel Account.

Can you help me to update my console, so I can see this option, please?
