Max Storage Limit Reached
RéponduOur Accounts keep getting the message that the max storage has been reached, but it has not and we can not upload anymore documents. Please help.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
You might want to investigate first. Find out if the folder you're uploading your files into is your own or collaborated folder.
If it's the latter, please reach out to the folder owner, the user has reached his/her account storage limit.
