Search "Everywhere" not selectable

If I am already in a folder and want to search for anything outside of that folder, I am constrained to the folder I am already in. When I click "Everywhere" nothing happens and the search won't go through. My team and I are facing this same issue.

    I am having the same issue and it is causing a disruption in work flow, since I search "everywhere" often.
