Missing Folders in Box!!

I am trying to access my "VMS" folder in box that holds all of the files that I link out to for our school website and school communications. It is saying I do not have access, although I am the owner of the files. Please help.

    Hi Joy, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    Upon checking the VMS folder is owned by a different Box user. You only have collaborator access to this folder. 

    Meanwhile, to regain your access please contact the folder owner.
