    Hello,

This is a critical issue that needs immediate attention. Here's a breakdown of how to approach troubleshooting and resolving the discrepancy between your expected 150GB upload limit (Enterprise Plus) and the observed 32GB limit:

    1. Immediate Verification and Communication:

    Confirm Your Enterprise Plus Status:
Double-check your Google Workspace Admin console to ensure the upgrade to Enterprise Plus is fully processed and active. Look for confirmation of the plan change and the associated storage limits.
Verify that the license is correctly assigned to the customer's account.
    Communicate with the Customer:
Acknowledge the issue and assure the customer you're working to resolve it.
Advise them to temporarily hold off on uploading until the problem is fixed.
Provide a timeframe for when you expect to have an update.
    Document Everything:
Record the customer's account details, the form they were using, and the exact error message they received.
Take screenshots or videos of the issue if possible.
    2. Troubleshooting Steps:

    Google Workspace Admin Console Checks:
Storage Settings: Navigate to the storage settings within the Admin console. Ensure that the storage limits are correctly reflected for Enterprise Plus.
User Licenses: Confirm the customers account has the correct Enterprise Plus license assigned.
Service Status: Check the Google Workspace status dashboard for any reported outages or issues that might be affecting storage or upload limits.
    Form Configuration:
Form Settings: If the form is a Google Form, review the settings for any file upload restrictions. While Google Forms themselves don't typically have a 32GB limit, there might be connected Apps Script or other integrations that are imposing this restriction.
Third-Party Integrations: If you're using any third-party form builders or file upload services, check their settings and documentation for any limitations.
    Google Drive API (If Applicable):
If your form uses the Google Drive API for uploads, review the API code and settings to ensure it's configured to allow larger file sizes.
    Browser and Network Issues:
Although less likely to cause a specific 32GB limit, ask the customer to try:
    A different browser.
Clearing their browser cache and cookies.
    A different network connection.
    Google Workspace Support:
If you've exhausted all troubleshooting steps, contact Google Workspace support immediately. Provide them with all the details you've gathered, including:
    Your domain name.
    The customer's account details.
    Screenshots of the error message.
Confirmation of your Enterprise Plus subscription.
    The form in question.

    Best Regards
