Signature Requests not being received
TerminéeI am having some issues with sending requests for signatures. One of my peers is not having any issue with sending signature requests but whenever I send a request the email notifications are not received, nor can they see them in their inbox when they log into Box.
They have checked spam and firewall issues already and continue to receive emails from my peers without any issue. I am a new user to clarify.
I feel like there is an easy resolution that I am not seeing.
