Not receiving reset password emails

I'm having trouble signing in to my other account. When trying, I get an error message about invalid login credentials. To solve this, I have tried resetting the password, but despite trying multiple times as well as following the troubleshooting instructions (
https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696174-Troubleshooting-Issues-with-Email-Notifications), I don't seem to receive the emails.
Perhaps some email has bounced at some point, but I can't tell and nonetheless, I'd need help fixing it since I am unable to login to fix it.
Please help!
