Please tell me how to disable two-factor authentication (SMS). Also, the phone number for receiving SMS cannot receive the code due to cancellation.

I have canceled the mobile number for receiving the two-factor authentication code. I want to disable two-factor authentication so I can log into Box. Please tell me how to resolve this.
