Dual factor authentication blocking ability to setup account.

My colleague cannot complete his account setup because it is asking for MFA credentials and requiring login to set it up, but he has never logged in.  Does anyone know how to get out of this loop?

    Since it's a login issue, please contact Box Support with your affected Box account and use this link.
