Log-in via Edge

Usually when someone sends me the link of the file (on Box drive) the Microsoft Edge pops up and I enter my email and password, I can not log in successfully.

However, if I use the same link through Chrome, I can log in without any problems. What is the issue? And how to solve this issue?
