Unable to Edit in Excel Desktop or Online

Hi, I'm having issues where I'm not able to edit any live documents in Microsoft Excel Online, and the option to open in Excel Desktop is greyed out. It shows a message saying Box Edit is locked and not available. My editor access has been confirmed several times. Can I please have some help?

    Please see the screenshot below. The option to open in Excel desktop is greyed out, and I am also unable to edit in browser mode. Thanks
