Billing Error
RéponduBox recommended to increase the capacity, so I visited new ungrade plan.
I followed $5 per month annually, because I thought I can get enlarged capacity as $60.
However, almost $180 will be charged for new three seats.
I don't want to share with anyone, it's not my upgrade plan.
Please help me, please cancel or terminate the contract
and tell me how I can increase capacity with my personal account.
Please, I don't needed to share my files, but I only need enlarge capacity.
I'm looking forward to reply it as soon as possible.
