Deleted user, now missing files and folders

Our admin has left the company, so I am the new admin. I have that status on our box account and I deleted the old admin's account and transferred his files to me.
It took most of the day, but I just got a notice that the user is deleted. I've refreshed and resynced. However, now some big files and folders are missing. Is it still transferring files?

It seems that we'll be needing more information regarding your delete and transfer. At this rate, I created a new ticket and a member from Box Product Support will be in touch, please keep an eye out.
