Username
What is my username for contoso.com? I am so confused.

Welcome to the Box Community!
On a standard login process, the email address associated with your Box is the username that is use to login to Box.
If this is not the case for you, you might need to contact the Box Admin of your organization who created your Box to confirm your Box credentials.
