I have tried to cancel my trial  Box account but I get a "There is a problem with your request" notice every time I click 
"Confirm cancellation."  I do not need or want the account and need to cancel and get a refund of any charges erroneously made.

    I am having the same issue.  I cannot delete any of the files or collaborators.  I have been overcharged, thought I was upgrading to a $5 per month account.  HELP SOMEBODY!!!!!!!
