How can I upgrade?

Hi,

When I tried to upgrade from INDIVIDUAL to Business Plus, I get the bellow message,

>There was an error processing your request.

>We were unable to process your payment information. Please double check that all fields are filled out correctly and try again, or visit support.box.com for further assistance.

How can I upgrade?

    Welcome to the Box Community!
     
    This may need our Billing team to work directly with you so I went ahead and created a ticket for you for an associate to help with your request to upgrade
