    Thanks for your help.  I contacted the sales team through their web form on the link you provided on September 3rd, but I haven't heard from them yet. I've added another message and hope someone will contact me. If there is any more guidance you can provide, it would greatly be appreciated.

    I need  to contact to BOX suppport team. All my files has been infected by Ransome virus and the extension has been changed to .POWD to each files. 

    I need to get back these files as its very important.
