Box files opened through office stopped saving

When i open a box file for my excel timesheet. It has stopped saving. I have not changed anything. You would click on excel it would open that. Type in your data and it would auto save. This has stopped. It did flash up a message but it disapered just before it stopped working I did not get chance to read it.
