New Box user not able to see folder contents
A box user has accepted the invite but it remains as pending on the owner side and they cannot view the contents in the relevant folder. Several others have successfully accepted and viewed the contents and only two from the same organization are having this issue. What could be the issue?

Welcome to the Box Community!
We have seen this issue in the past if the invitee's email is different from the email address linked to their Box account.
If it's the same email address, you can try removing the user from the folder and then add him again.
