My friend is actually has a trouble logging in, but submitting a request is possible once one is logged in so that I am writing this instead. When he tries to reset his PW, box automatic PW reset email goes to other email address not to his. It does same thing when I try to give him an access to a folder, the accepting email goes to somebody else's email account, not to his.

Additional questions for you.I don't quite understand the concept of the ticket. Is your box support team going to contact me directly to look into this matter so that we could have more private space to discuss about this because this space where I am writing this comment is opened to everybody; I don't think this is a right space to type in personal information.
