How do we enable box sign ?

I would like to use Box Sign, but am unable to enable based on the online instructions: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404076971155-Enabling-Box-Sign

How may we get going with Box Sign ?

  (in particular, we don't see the 'sign' section under 'Content and Sharing')
