why the "cloud" icon or "offline" "Online" is not available

after transfer to a new PC, I cannot see the icon on the folders "cloud" or "green icon" indicating if a folder is available online or offline

  I installed Box drive on MacBook and earlier Cloud icon was appearing in front of each folder/file but after Mac OS 11.6 update recently there was some malfunction in Box drive and hence I uninstalled and installed again. But after reinstalling, cloud icon is not appearing in front of folder/file. Is it normal or I am doing something wrong. Pls. guide me.
