Options with copy files and connecting them (Relay)

I have relay set up.

I want the first person to have the approval and then once they approve it it be sent to the second person to approve

Right now we have it set up that each approver has their own folder so they have kinda a to-do list of items they need to complete.

But the first approval cant see pending items in the second approve bucket (The Second can see up to the first)

Is there a way to have a copy of a document be moved from the first to the second approval but they are linked? So once the document is updated by the second person (Or other people with General tasks) it flows back to the first document and updates it?

Just trying to see how one person can see their items even after they "move" out of their approval step.

This would cut down on some automation we set up. If it can keep it and link documents
