Refund
I didn't meant to purchase the annual subscription. I just wanted to access a document and it wouldn't let me. I would love to get a refund for I don't use this platform.

Same here! This is insane! I created an account to view a document someone sent me and had NO IDEA I was going to be charged $540!!! I would also like to be contacted about getting a refund. I honestly don't even know what this platform is and do not have a use for it.
