My subscription period is about to end, and  I do not want a renewal.  I want to cancel my account once and for all.  I went into the ACCOUNT SETTING to cancel my account but it does not allow me.  I have made several attempts but failed.  Need your support to end the service.  Thank you.

    Please cancel my subscription today.

    Your website has made it unnecessarily difficult to do so and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and American Express if it is not resolved shortly. This is not a way to win trust and loyalty.

    Please cancel my account - now. Trouble cancelling a BOX account seems to run rampant. Filing a complaint with the BBB and any other entity possible.
