Logged in to my free account, but Can't find my Documents

It has been a year or so since I last used my account. I have important Information I need to recover. How Do I get my files???

If you are longer seeing files in your Box, its possible that you have deleted those a year ago or those files are owned by another user and you have been removed from accessing those.
It's also possible that your files are upload into a Box linked to another email address of your, have you checked if you have other emails you registered for a Box account?
