Box Status

Excel Online cannot be saved

I have been having trouble for the past two days with Excel Online.  I periodically get a message to say that the file I am working on cannot be saved and it then closes down.  The data that I have been working has not been saved.

 

This is very frustrating.  Can someone please help?
