Can't upload to shared drive
Hello,
I am on a shared drive with a client and have editor access. However, I have never been able to successfully upload a document to the Box drive. The upload will always fail. Can someone help me resolve?

To isolate the issue, may I please have the screenshot of the error message if there is and the size of the file you're trying to upload?
