Need to reset my account to link Box to my RWS account and 2FA.

Hello,

My manager has created an account for my team, Amazon_AFT. With this alias, all personal accounts are grouped, and we can access the team account through our personal accounts.

Since my team's account was created, I never received a QR code allowing me to link [personal information--redacted] to 2FA, and thus to access Box.I'd like my box account to be reset so I can have another opportunity to link my account to 2FA and be able to work with Box.
