Very Slow Download Speed

Hi,

I tell you that from the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Chile we are experiencing a lot of slowness in downloading files from box. With other products such as dropbox and drive we have not had any problems.

We have made revisions to policies that could cause problems with download speed, we have tested with other networks without any policies applied and the same problem continues.

There is some diagnosis tool that can be used to have real data on your part and review why the slow situation.

Thank you in advance for any help you can give us.

    Hi We are experiencing the same issue in South Africa. It is not the internet speed as other sites are downloading at a much faster speed. I have cleared my cache, updated my browser and tried in another browser as the link suggests. Nothing is working. Please assist.

    Dear good afternoon, we have done what was indicated but the problem persists. The connection diagnostic test indicated under the url does not work

    It is quite unstable. The downloads suddenly works speed and other times it works slow. What would be the next steps to follow?

    Experiencing extremely slow download speeds in Minnesota. We are only getting 6 Mbps on the box site but on other sites we getting over 200 Mbps so the holdup is clearly with the box site.

    Hello,

    The problem is even worst in the Netherlands, my average download speed is at 25KB/s, the maximum I get is around 100KB/s, sometimes it gets down to 5KB/s. What is going on, am I doing something wrong, Or is this known issue in Box?

    Also pitifully slow in the USA:  3 MB/s when other services are 100 3 MB/s

    In Germany is download speed 0,5 MB up to 2 MBs. That to slow and a download from one File takes a long time. Why is the speed so slow? Bad Server? Bad Connection ?
