Files lost after Individual to Enterprise Upgrade
Last week, I was added to my office's Enterprise account. Same day as the upgrade, all of my personal files disappeared from my account. I saw a similar post stating to wait at least 24 hours for the transition, but it has been 5 days and no files have been restored to my account.

From what I can see on my end, it looks like you are still under a free account. You can verify to the user who added you if they have successfully added you. As per the missing files, you may check your Trash folder. See this article for your reference: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196093-Managing-Trash
