I have a problem with the trash

I need to recover the deleted files but they are not in the trash. Just 4 or 5 days ago. Is there a way to recover them? I need help please they were important 😢

  I went ahead and recovered your deleted folder in your Box account. 

  Please check your "All Files" page again.
