On February 3 of this year, you reported an access to my account from London.
I was not in London and did not access box.com in any way.

Can you tell me what data was accessed, opened, downloaded or copied?

    Geolocation can be imprecise and also influenced by use of VPN. If you believe your account has been compromised, we highly recommend changing your password and using two-factor authentication.
