Box will not let me upload files

I’m so exhausted with this. Yes, I’ve tried every suggestion in the forum. I need to upload my WAV audio files for a job. Please, please help me.

Hey Aira! I was able to upload via my laptop - I couldn't use wireless devices, for some reason. Thanks!
