URL changes with every new file version upload

Hello, I use box to share education materials with a broad audience in our company's education platform. It appears that url of a file stored in box changes after a new version of the same file was uploaded. Is there any way how to prevent the url change so that links I use don't have to be changed every time in the education platform? Thank you!
