Adobe Bridge no longer lists Box Drive
Before upgrading to Monterey I was able to access and view photos on Box Drive using Adobe Bridge. Now, the Box Drive does not show up in the list of available drives in Bridge. Is it possible to fix this?

Hi Lee Ann,
Welcome to the Box Community!
The issue you are encountering is a known software incompatibility/limitation with Box Drive and Adobe Bridge.
You can find more information in our support article here: General Limitations When Using Box Drive :
- Adobe Bridge - attempting to open the Box folder from Adobe Bridge will result in an error.

Any new updates for this?
I'm experiencing an issue where the keywords or tags I've assigned to files using Adobe Bridge are not searchable after I upload the files to Box. I'm curious to know if this problem might be related to compatibility issues that arise once the files are transferred to Box. Do you have any suggestions on how to address this problem, aside from manually assigning the tags in Box? -
I discovered a workaround a few months back that seems to resolve this issue. I am running Sonoma 14.7.2 on my M1 Apple MacBook Pro with Box Drive and Adobe Bridge ver 12.0.4 and am able to see the Box Drive folders and browse my image assets. I am not able to do the same in any new versions of Bridge so once Adobe decides to "retire" version 12.0.4 - I'll be out of luck. Hoping this helps some of you out in the short-term.

It's unbelievable that Box is just ignoring Adobe users in this way. We have a team of nearly 70 seats and are spending this week figuring out how to migrate the majority off of Box because this specific issue is the biggest example that that this service wasn't built for anyone in a creative field. We cant keep using old software or old computers just to avoid the pain of switching services.
