Unauthorized Access?

I got some notifications from Box showing a certain user was previewing some sensitive files stored there. When checking with them to confirm it was them, they said that their device was being serviced during suposeldly file preview time.

Is there a way to verify IP address or other info to see which device was previewing the files using this users access info?
