Box update on Windows 10 causing issues
I have box v24 installed as a per user install. When I run box, it is trying to update to v25 but it is creating a new installation of version 25 and box v24 is also listed in the program and features. Now I have two versions of box on my machine. Box does not run anymore.
What is the best way to fix the update issue? Is the per user install the best way to go?
I have also noted the box application is disabled in startup programs. Can you provide some help.

To fix this, can you download and run this Microsoft fix tool to uninstall Box Drive?
Afterwards, please reinstall Box Drive by downloading the app and following the instructions in this article.
