sms 2FA Code is rejected "Wrong Code"

I am able to log in thru linux chromium web browser but I can not login thru Iphone 12 Pro Max App. I had to re-enter my phone # to even get my SMS 2FA code sent to me only to find out that it is wrong every time i put the code in.
