Uploading issues (audio files get striped off audio)

I've been uploading .wav and .mp3 files to Box. And had instances where the files did not have audio at all which they are supposed to have. It seems quite random, some of the files do get uploaded correctly and have audio in them, and some of them just don't. I double-checked I'd uploaded the correct files with audio. Could you look into this?
