I use box with an old email address [personal information--redacted], which I no longer have access to. I cannot receive any alerts or comments. It works for my file sharing. I wanted to change my email address [personal information--redacted] without losing my account data. How to do.     We checked your profile and it looks like your @bbox.fr email is already listed as the Primary email on the account so emails from Box should be going to this email address.
