50GB storage account full?

Hi!

I have been a Box user for many years, I have a 50GB storage account, but I don't even reach 25GB and it already tells me that the storage is full. How can it be fixed?

Please, could you please run a script to resolve wrong storage issue for my account?

  Hello, This is happening with my account as well. Can not even go beyond 5GB
