The owner of some folders i had access to is saying I accidentaly deleted some files from ... how can I recover them? I have already checked the trash folder, but there is nothing in there.

    Had income taxes done by RMW last year, and cannot find my copy .  Box says my account has expired. Of course, I need copy for this year's taxes.  the number is 2020US  1226252  v1pdf  Can you help me?  Barbara M. Waszak

    Thais, did you get an answer to this?  I'm the owner of a file that has disappeared and I'm trying to figure out where it went and who did it.
