    Could you please have the affected user request for a password reset link? You may refer the user in this article on how to request for a password reset link: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044195593-Reset-My-Box-Account-Password 

    Kindly advise the affected user to check his spam/ junk folder for emails from Box, and make sure that his email client is no blocking emails from Box. If he already checked those and still do not receive email notification from Box, please let us know.
