Cancel ASAP my trial plus now I'm being charged for 1 year subscription?

I would like to cancel my trial and supposedly monthly subscription. But now, I'm being charged for 1 year subscription. Luckily, my credit card hasn't been debited due to payment issues with my card that occured. Please help.

    What's next? I am a current customer, and I was billed $533.50 to my debit card on 1/31/23, (ACCOUNT# BO1576487), which was a TOTAL mistake. I need a refund ASAP. How can I speak to someone by phone to get a refund and have this payment credited back to my card immediately?

    I did not sign up to pay an entire year at one time., I was going to pay a monthly rate of max $25.00.  This is not acceptable! I want to cancel my subscription immediately.!
