No email to reset password
Hello, I haven't received an email so I can reset my password. However, my email address is correct. What do I have to do to reset my password?

Resetting password, it shows that an e-mail has been sent to my inbox, but no e-mail appears. E-mail does not appear in Junk Mail either.

Tried restarting both devices that the user uses Box on.
